Plateau-path provides heritage tourism coordination services, including guided tours of historic Canadian port cities. We connect travellers with local guides, museums, and heritage sites. We are not a registered travel agency and do not provide transportation, accommodation, or travel insurance directly.

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit and written confirmation from Plateau-path.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Prices do not include transportation to tour starting points, travel insurance, meals (unless specified), or personal expenses.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternative experiences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plateau-path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our tours.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to transportation companies, accommodation providers, and attraction operators.
Participation in heritage walking tours involves physical activity including walking on uneven surfaces, stairs, and cobblestone streets. By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participation and assume the inherent risks of such activities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plateau-path, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of linked sites.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia.
